By booking a service with Shine-A-Home you agree to the following terms.

Service scope

Each visit covers the tasks listed for the booked service tier. Add-ons can be requested at booking or before arrival.

Access

You're responsible for providing safe access to your home at the scheduled time. Lockouts may be charged per the cancellation policy.

Payment

Payment is processed through our secure booking system after the visit, unless otherwise arranged.

Happiness guarantee

If anything isn't right, let us know within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the affected area at no charge.

Liability

We carry insurance for your protection. Please point out any items requiring special care before service begins.
